We have reserved a block of rooms at special conference rates as follows:

Tax Policy
Room rates shown above do not include taxes .  Total charges presented on the website will include all room fees and taxes.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation  received by 4:00 pm three days prior to the initial arrival date will not incur any penalty.

Children Policy
Children under the age of 18 years of age stay free in the same room as a paid adult.


  • Availability and rate will be offered pre- and post- conference from April 6 to April 17.
  • All rooms at the discounted rate will be available until March 15, 2018 or until the block fills, whichever comes first.
  • Room rate includes In-Room High Speed Internet Access for the duration of the conference.
  • Valet Parking is available at CAD $38.44/day plus applicable taxes.

Check-in Time: 3:00 pm
Check-out Time: 12 noon

How to get there

The Coast Coal Harbour Hotel is located at 1180 West Hastings Street , Vancouver, Canada, approximately 10 miles from Vancouver International Airport (YVR).

Taxi: Taxis and wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available at taxi stands located on Level 2 of the Domestic and International Arrivals Area at YVR. Taxi rides cost approximately CAD $35.00 to the hotel.

Public Transportation: The Canada Line is Vancouver’s rapid transit rail connecting YVR to downtown Vancouver in under 30 minutes. Cost is approximately CAD $9.00 one-way. Canada Line’s YVR Airport station is centrally located between the International and Domestic Terminals. Take the train from the airport to Waterfront Station, transfer to Burrard Station and the hotel is about 2 blocks from there. Otherwise, you could walk from Waterfront Station, about a ten minute walk. Check the Canada Line website for the latest schedules, news and events.
