Abstract: This workshop is ideal for any who are new to Decision Quality. We will learn the business case for DQ and understand what exactly defines a decision as a quality one. By working a relevant case example, attendees will apply their new skills in decision framing and analysis to derive valuable insight to support leadership in making informed decisions. Key questions we will answer include:

Why is decision-making difficult?
How can DQ help? How is it designed to counteract biases?
How do we define scope for a project?
What is risk and uncertainty? How can we mitigate these?
How do we think strategically? What are the tips for creating compelling strategies?
How can tornado diagrams, decision trees, and cumulative probability plots enrich our strategies and support informed decision-making?
