Carl will present the body of knowledge and skills that Decision Professionals have to master. He will explain what Decision Analysis and Decision Quality are, highlight the differences and will then show how the Decision Quality field was formed and evolved from the Decision Analysis paradigm as it was conceived by Ron Howard in 1964. And explain how Decision Quality shifted the Decision Analysis paradigm. This session will be followed by classic application examples that illustrate how Decision Quality adds value to complex decision situations
