As many of you have started to work from home and wrestle with the choices and challenges you face within your personal and professional lives, we wanted to see if we could help you be as productive as you can be as you help your teams with crucial decisions they need to make. As Decision Framing is at the foundation of great decisions, it is exceedingly important that regardless of the situation, we do our best to help people think clearly. As such, because an effective and compelling Decision Frame will always prove powerful, those of you who can effectively navigate today's world by learning how technology, techniques and application can aid with structuring one's thinking, fostering creativity, and gaining insights may feel that you are more empowered... and isn't that what we're all looking for now?

This session is intended to provide you with some tips and tricks we've learnt over the last 20+ years as we've facilitated and taught remotely. We've divided the session into three parts:

1) Pre-Framing, what's involved with doing this remotely?

2) Agenda design, how to structure an effective and productive session?

3) Facilitation, what are the tips for keeping teams engaged, energized and focused in remote Project Framing sessions?
