Decision excellence isn't reserved for people with "decision professional" in their title. It shows up everywhere someone is responsible for or engaged with important calls — executive managers, line managers, function managers, team leads, financial advisors, physicians, entrepreneurs, educators, administrators, analysts, counselors, trainers, and, really, anyone who makes influences, or supports decisions in their work. Whatever the job title, decision excellence strengthens how they approach the decisions already central to their role. It's also where SDP's community is growing fastest: each year, a larger share of our annual conference attendees come from outside the traditional "Decision Professional" path — bringing more range and richness to the community.
