Bill Klimack, Chevron
 
William K. Klimack, Ph.D., is Chevron’s decision analysis manager, responsible for decision quality and the decision analysis job family.  A retired U.S. Army Colonel, he served as Head of the Department of Systems Engineering at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.  Following his Army career, he consulted in government, pharmaceutical, and oil and gas sectors.  He joined Chevron in 2012.
He is a Certified System Engineering Professional, a licensed Professional Engineer, and a Fellow of the Society of Decision Professionals (SDP).  He is a Past President of the SDP and chaired the SDP Certification Council for five years.

Matt Fitch, Chevron

Matt Fitch is a Decision Analysis Consultant with Chevron, where he has practiced for 10 years. Formerly an engineer at Boeing, he now focuses his practice on expanding the reach of Decision Quality into non-technical corporate functions such as Law, Policy, Government, and Public Affairs, Health, Environment, and Safety, Human Resources, Finance, Medical, and IT through the application of Value-Focused Thinking and Multi-Objective DA. He is a member of the Decision Analysis Society and Society of Decision Professionals and is co-chair of the 2018 DAS/SDP Practice Award. He’s also dad to four very active young kids.
