Room Rates

We have reserved a block of rooms at special conference rates as follows:

Single or Double Occupancy: $199 + taxes per night
Triple Occupancy: $229 + taxes per night
Quadruple Occupancy: $259 + taxes per night

Tax Policy
Room rates shown above do not include taxes: $1.00 Occupancy Fee Per Night, 14.00% Room Tax Per Night, and 1.75% State Tax (subject to change).  Total charges presented on the website will include all room fees and taxes.

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel by 4:00 pm at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax.

Children Policy
Children aged 18 or younger will stay free of charge in their parent's room.

Note:

• Availability and rate will be offered pre- and post- conference from March 10 to thought March 18.
• All rooms at the discounted rate will be available until 4:00 pm ET on Friday, February 17, 2017 or until the block fills, whichever comes first.
• Room rate includes In-Room High Speed Internet Access for the duration of the conference.
• Valet Parking is available at $42/day.

Check-in Time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out Time: 12:00 noon

How to get there

The Hyatt French Quarter is located at 800 Iberville Street, New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, 70112, approximately 15 miles from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY).

Taxi: Taxicab booths are located on the first level of the Terminal outside of Baggage Claim Belts 1 and 14. Passengers must wait in line at one of these booths for taxi service. Taxi rides cost $36.00 from the airport to the Central Business District (CBD) or French Quarter (west of Elysian Fields) for up to two (2) passengers. For three (3) or more passengers, the fare will be $15.00 per passenger. Taxis are required accept credit card payments. Uber service is a flat fare of $33.

Airport shuttle: Shuttle service is available from the airport to hotels and various other locations in the New Orleans for $24.00 (per person, one-way) or $44.00 (per person, round-trip). These fares include three (3) bags per person. Additional baggage may be subject to additional fees. Passengers can purchase tickets at the Airport at Airport Shuttle ticket booths located on the first level throughout the Baggage Claim area.

Bus service between the airport and downtown New Orleans is provided by New Orleans Regional Transit Authority Airport Express Route 202 and Jefferson Transit bus E-2.
